Flow Bake was born out of a baking blog

Flow Bake got its start from a baking blog by Vanessa, the chief mixer of Flow Bake. Vanessa started to write a recipe blog when she herself switched to a gluten-free diet. She was not happy with the gluten-free products found in shops which were full of sugars, additives and flours without any nutritional value – and which on top of that tasted dull. Vanessa began to experiment with different flours in her own kitchen. She found naturally gluten-free grains such as buckwheat, chickpea, coconut flours and quinoa which resulted in much tastier pastries with better consistencies.

Vanessa wanted to share her findings with others who were longing for healthier pastries, and so she founded Flow Bake. The products of Flow Bake are not only meant to people with special diets but anyone can enjoy tastier and more nutritious pastries.
