Delivery methods
Fast and reliable deliveries worldwide with GLS, PostNord, DHL and UPS. The order is delivered as a post package to the pick-up point of your choice, or as home delivery.
The maximum weight of orders is 25 kg to EU-countries and 5 kg to all other countries (20 lbs to US). If you want order more, please ask offer from our customer service.

We process orders in order of arrival, usually within one working day. Depending on the handling queue at our warehouse, the processing time may vary. Check the current fulfillment time here.
In case products are out of stock at the time of placing the order, we will wait until all products are ready to be shipped.
Products are not back ordered. You will receive an email confirmation for the shipped order.
Order confirmation
We will send you an email order confirmation as soon as we have received your paid order. You will also be notified by email and/or SMS when your order has been shipped. The shipment notifications includes a tracking code to allow you track your order.
We use varying shipping companies for the deliveries. The shipping company taking care of your order can be seen on the shipment notification.
