Collagen is high quality protein

Collagen accounts for 30 % of the human body's protein and is found especially in the skin, muscles and joints. At about the age of 25, the body begins to lose its ability to produce new collagen.

Protein improves muscle growth and preservation as well as keeping the bones normal. Collagen has unique amino acid composition and therefore it is very good protein source.

Dosing

For adults 1 tbsp per day. Mix with a small amount of water, juice, smoothie or yoghurt.
