Usage Instructions

For the first month, take 2 capsules twice daily with meals. For maintenance, take 2–4 capsules daily. 100 % vegan, gluten free.

The oil can also be consumed without the capsule shell if preferred. For children over 6 months, give the contents of 2 capsules. Store at room temperature, away from light, and keep out of reach of children.
