Mettä Forest Defence Herbal Tea is a mixture of powerful herbs and spices that will fight your flu, push aside any fatigue and give your immune system a welcome boost.

Spruce sprouts from the Finnish forests, aroma-rich blackcurrant leaf and ginger make an effective and irresistibly delicious combination.

Forest Defence can be used as an herbal tea, it can be mixed into smoothies or used in cooking for example to spice fish or in desserts for example.

How to use?

As a tea: Add 0,5 tsp of Forest Defence to 2 dl of almost boiling water. Brew for 5-10 min. The mixture is fine-grained, use a paper filter tea bag if you prefer to drink a clear tea.
