Honeysty Energy Gel Lemon
Energy gel containing Finnish honey and lemon powder.
Maintains carbohydrate levels during performance and does not irritate the stomach. The fiber smooths out the absorption of carbohydrates and the taste of the gel is pleasant.
Gluten free. Also available in bilberry flavor.
Usage
Take one package (25 g) every 15 minutes during an athletic performance. Drink water as needed. Take the first dose before performing and the last dose after.
