Heey! Protein & Biotics Chocolate combines over 20 g of complete plant protein, dietary fibre and six lactic acid bacteria strains in a single 30 g scoop. The chocolate flavour comes from low-fat cocoa powder and is sweetened with monk fruit, so it is not oversweet.

A complete protein in one scoop

Soya and pea complement each other so that every essential amino acid is covered, which single-source plant proteins rarely manage. A serving provides over 20 g of protein. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass, to the maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

More than protein

Each serving also carries dietary fibre and six lactic acid bacteria strains totalling 3 billion: Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus reuteri. The bacteria are listed as ingredients, without claims attached to them. The vitamin B12 in the product contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Sweetened with fruit, not sugar

The sweetness comes from monk fruit and stevia rather than added sugar. The product contains small amounts of naturally occurring sugars.

Usage

Shake one scoop (30 g) into 300 ml of water or a plant drink, or blend it with banana and berries. Suitable as a breakfast smoothie, a post-training drink or a snack at any point in the day.
