Lingonberry contains vitamins A, B, C and E, manganese, fibers, flavonoids, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and calcium. The Arctic Pure lingonberry powder is made by drying whole lingonberries at a low temperature and grinding them. This procedure preserves the natural color, flavor and nutrients of lingonberries.
