Chocolate-avocado mousse is full of good nutrients such as heart-friendly polyunsaturated fats and fibers from avocado and antioxidants from cacao. In this recipe, the mousse is sweetened with the calorie-free erythritol.
The low-carb blueberries give the finishing touch to this mouthwatering dessert.
(2 large or 3 small portions)
- 2 avocados
- 1 ½ dl cacao powder
- 1 dl oats milk (or any milk of your preference)
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 3 tbsp erythritol
- a pinch of salt
How to prepare:
- Cut the avocados in half and scrape the flesh of the avocado into a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix them into a smooth paste with a blender.
- Spoon the mousse into two bowls and decorate as you like.
