Due to recent changes in U.S. import and customs procedures, we unfortunately cannot ship orders to the United States at this time.
The U.S. government has suspended the long-standing duty-free “de minimis” threshold (previously up to $800). This means all shipments—regardless of value—may now be subject to duties, taxes, and additional customs processing requirements.
In addition, shipping carriers have implemented operational changes in response to these rules, including requirements that duties and related charges must be arranged/paid in advance before a shipment can be delivered, which significantly affects cross-border parcel deliveries to the U.S.
Because of these changes, we are forced to suspend all deliveries to the United States until further notice. We understand this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is driven by U.S. customs policy and carrier procedures—and there is nothing further we can do to make U.S. deliveries possible under the current rules.
If you would like to share feedback about this policy change, you can contact the White House via their official contact form.
