Usage
Recommended daily dosage is 2 measuring spoons twice a day, for example in the morning and in the evening. Mix the powder with warm water, coffee, tea or another drink. Enjoy only when the powder has completely dissolved (after approx. 1 min).
The DGL licorice root extract contained in the product does not raise blood pressure. When taken on an empty stomach, zinc can cause nausea. In that case, enjoy the drink with a small amount of food.
