Side note: I have another Reishi tincture. However, the other one has a dark substance that is different from this one from Puhdistamo. I am not sure if this is an indication of potency. Dark usually means more content. Anyway, I feel these products and support any brand bringing health to us in such a clever and innovative way.

Dosage
1 pipette 2 times a day. The daily dose contains 30 mg beta-glucans of the reishi. The product can be mixed with, for example, coffee, tea, smoothies or even a protein drink. Reishi is also suitable for continuous use as an herb.
Shakable. The alcohol in the extract can be evaporated by adding the extract to boiling hot water.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep the product out of the reach of small children. A nutritional supplement does not replace a varied diet. Not for use with blood thinners.
