Elixi Oil was founded in Finland in 1993. Elixi Oil develops, manufactures and markets special edible oils and fiber products that promote health. Elixi Oil specializes in the cultivation and processing of oil flax. The oil flax as well as oil hemp used in the products is obtained from contract farmers in southern Finland.

Elixi Oil invests in continuous product development and they cooperate with the Universities of Helsinki and Turku in Finland.
