Ketogenic chocolate-avocado mousse

Chocolate-avocado mousse is a classic treat which is not only healthy but also super easy to make: the ingredients are just measured in a blender and blended into a velvety smooth mousse. Voilà!

Chocolate-avocado mousse is full of good nutrients such as heart-friendly polyunsaturated fats and fibers from avocado and antioxidants from cacao. In this recipe, the mousse is sweetened with the calorie-free erythritol.

The low-carb blueberries give the finishing touch to this mouthwatering dessert.

(2 large or 3 small portions)
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 ½ dl cacao powder
  • 1 dl oats milk (or any milk of your preference)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 3 tbsp erythritol
  • a pinch of salt
For decoration: blueberries, raspberries, coconut flakes or ground hazelnuts.

How to prepare:
  1. Cut the avocados in half and scrape the flesh of the avocado into a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix them into a smooth paste with a blender.
  2. Spoon the mousse into two bowls and decorate as you like.
