The taste of roasted hemp seed is much tastier than normal hemp seed. The seeds are good as such for snacking. They can also be used for porridge, smoothie, yogurt, salad, cooking and baking.

The composition of the oil is unique, as up to 80% of the essential fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids (cf. olive oil about 10%).
