Biomed Premium Creatine Complex provides 5 g of creatine monohydrate per 7.5 g serving, alongside three compounds that occur naturally in the body. It is unflavoured and contains nothing beyond those four ingredients.

The four ingredients

Creatine monohydrate is the performance ingredient and one of the most studied supplement raw materials there is. Glycine is an amino acid and one of the starting materials the body uses to make its own creatine. Taurine is an amino acid-like compound found particularly in muscle. Myo-inositol occurs naturally in the body and in the diet.

Solubility

Creatine powders do not all behave the same way in a drink. The Creatine+ monohydrate used here was developed for better solubility and mixing, which matters more than it sounds when the product is taken every day.

Usage
