Puhdistamo Electrolyte Powder is developed primarily to support the higher electrolyte requirement of individuals on a ketogenic diet. A deliciously flavoured effective hydrator - taste of fruity mango & sweet orange
On a ketogenic diet, the body needs more electrolytes, as when the glycogen stored in muscles is depleted, a lot of fluid is also lost, taking away a considerable amount of electrolytes, which are mineral salts enabling the electric signals in the body.
The Puhdistamo Electrolyte powder also serves as an efficient hydrator for anyone, maximising the absorption of fluids at the cell level. This makes it an ideal sports drink and hydrating drink whenever needed. For example, whenever the body sweats, in sports and exercise, in the sauna or on a hot summer day.
The Puhdistamo Electrolyte powder is based on premium quality unrefined Guérande sea salt, harvested from the west coast of France. It is traditionally harvested from clay ponds where it crystallises due to the sun and wind, and the mineral content is optimal, giving it an exceptionally delicious flavour. That is why top chefs around the world often consider it to be the best salt in the world. The salt not only tastes good, but is in the traditional form of salt - nothing added, nothing taken away. It contains not only natrium and chloride, but also more than 80 other minerals and trace elements. Because Puhdistamo always aims at the best possible result, we naturally chose the Guérande salt as the cornerstone of this product.

We added buffered vitamin C and OptiMSM (sulfur compound in supplement form) to maximise the product’s absorption at cell level. Both together also support collagen production in the body and make the product a kind of a beauty product. When the body stays hydrated, wrinkles are evened out and the condition of the skin, hair and nails improves. OptiMSM and vitamin C contribute strongly to this side of the product.
Recommended daily dose
One measuring spoon (5 g) 1–4 times a day, mixed in water.
