Fatty acid food supplement with evening primrose, blackcurrant seed, linseed, sea buckthorn and fish oil.
There are several different omega fatty acids. Each of them has its own important task in the body and their health effects differ from each other. Omegat 3-6-7-9 capsule contains important fatty acids from all omega groups. Most of the omega-6 fatty acids of the product is beneficial gamma linoleic acid (GLA), which is derived from linseeds and which maintains skin health.
Dosage
2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a varied balanced diet are important for maintaining good health.

Virgin evening primrose oil, blackcurrant seed oil, gelatin (pork), sea-buckthorn oil, flaxseed oil, humectant (glycerol), fish oil, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
The product is unsweetened and gluten-free. Does not contain preservatives, yeast or traces of milk or soy.
