Biomed Premium B-complex contains vitamin B12 in its active forms: adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is the form of vitamin B12 found in plasma, while adenosylcobalamin is the intracellular form. Please note! Vitamin B3 (niacin) can cause temporary redness and heating of the skin in sensitive individuals. Most of the niacin in the product is in inositol buffered form, which reduces the likelihood of a flush reaction. However, for the most sensitive and especially when taken on an empty stomach, a flush reaction is possible. It is harmless, but may be experienced as uncomfortable. We recommend taking the capsule whenever possible with meals.
In this product, the sources of vitamin B3 are in the form of inositol hexanicotinate, niacin and PANMOL®️ quinoa sprout extract.
The declared recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The use of nutritional supplements does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. The product must be kept out of the reach of small children.
Store in a dry place and at room temperature below 25 oC. Protect from sunlight and heat. The package contains a desiccant, do not eat!
