Melatonin Spray accelerates falling asleep and alleviates the effects of the time difference. Does not contain alcohol.
Via Naturale Melatonin Spray contains 1.9 mg of melatonin per day. It is quickly absorbed and the package is enough for 300 sprays, i.e. 50 doses! Pleasant lemon flavor.
Melatonin
Melatonin helps alleviate the individual effects of cerebral palsy. To achieve the beneficial effect, taking into account a dose of 0.5 milligrams close to bedtime in a significant way as well as from a few other days of travel.
Melatonin helps shorten the time to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
Dosage
For adults, six sprays under the tongue as needed 10-30 min extract before going to bed. The daily dose of 0.6 ml (six sprays) contains 1.9 mg of melatonin.
Shake before use.
Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
