Whole Grain Spelt Flour is made by grinding whole spelt grains. It is suitable for all kinds of baking, such as bread and rolls as well as pizza and pie dough.
When baking with spelt, leave the dough looser than you normally would – you can substitute any flour with spelt, partly or wholly. Spelt is a tasty and highly nutritious indigenous grain.
