Collection: Facial Peels

Facial peels purify and clarify the skin

Facial peel removes dead skin cells, dirt and oil as well as clarifies the skin. Exfoliated skin looks more fresh and it can utilize all the active ingredients of serums, moisturizers and face oils better. Makeup also looks better on the soft and smooth exfoliated skin. Exfoliate your face 1-2 times a week and pair the treatment with a face mask to achieve a thoroughly purified and radiant skin!

Exfoliate your face once or twice a week

Facial peels remove dead skin cells from the upper layer of the skin. Exfoliating refreshes the skin, makes the color of the skin look smoother as well as cleanses and softens clogged pores. After exfoliating, the skin is more receptive to the nutrients in other skincare products, such as moisturizers.

Apply facial peel on the face once or twice a week after cleansing. Skin should always be peeled gently and the peeling shouldn’t cause irritation on the skin. If redness occurs after peeling, the product may have been too strong or it has been rubbed too forcefully on the skin. Peeling done too often can have the same effect on the skin.

After exfoliating the skin, you can apply a face mask on the skin. After the mask the skincare routine is usually continued with applying toner and moisturizer (and serum and face oil, if needed). Some facial peels can be left on the face overnight.

How to choose the right facial peel?

Facial peel should be selected based on the skin type and the needs of the skin. Facial peels are available with or without grains. Mechanical facial peels exfoliate the face with these grains and are better suited for durable skin. Natural chemical peels exfoliate the skin with exfoliating acids and enzymes that are naturally derived from fruits and plants. These are available in milder and stronger forms.
