Recommended intake

Toteutan säännöllisesti pitkiä paastoja, mutta niiden jälkeen on aina tullut vatsanväänteitä. Aloin kokeeksi juomaan luulientä aina paaston päätteeksi, eikä vatsavaivoja ole enää tullut. Luuliemi on myös ihana lämmin iltajuoma, tai kylmän päivän lämmittäjä.
