Magnesium taurinate is especially gentle for the stomach. Magnesium is bonded to amino acid taurine.
Magnesium is linked to glucose in magnesium gluconate. Magnesium gluconate absorbs well.
Magnesium is bonded to amino acid glycine in magnesium bisglycinate.

Bones, joints, skins of animals and internal organs contain glycine. It is beneficial especially for athletes.
