Collagen accounts for 30% of the human body's protein and it is found especially in the joints, cartilage and the bones.
At about the age of 25, the body begins to lose its ability to produce new collagen. Magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Magnesium improves normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, as well as the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
For adults 1-2 tbsp per day. Mix with a small amount of water, juice, smoothie or yoghurt.
