The Forest Baby Box pairs a cream for the baby with one for whoever is doing the lifting, washing and carrying. Both are built on birch sap, shea butter, jojoba and oat kernel oil, with Humus Extract, the forest soil ingredient that gives the brand its name.
It is a practical gift rather than a decorative one, which is what most new parents actually need. The box is ready to give as it is.
What is in the box
Nurturing Forest Dust® Baby Cream, 50 ml. A rich, gentle cream for a baby's skin, with birch sap, organic shea butter, organic jojoba seed oil, organic oat kernel oil, squalane, bilberry seed oil and Humus Extract.
Lavender Forest Dust® After Care Hand Cream, 50 ml. A hand cream with birch sap, jojoba, shea butter, oat kernel oil, lingonberry seed oil and organic lavender oil, for hands that are washed many times a day.
Both creams moisturise and soften dry skin, and leave it feeling comfortable.
Finnish ingredients
Birch sap is tapped in spring and is the base of most Moi Forest formulas. Oat and lingonberry are the other recurring Finnish ingredients, and the lavender in the hand cream is what gives it its scent. The baby cream contains perfume; the hand cream is scented with lavender essential oil.
Moi Forest
Moi Forest is a Finnish natural cosmetics brand built around ingredients from the forest: birch sap, Lapland spring water, oat, lingonberry and, in several products, a humus extract drawn from forest soil. The products are made in Finland, certified Cosmos Organic, vegan and not tested on animals, and the cartons use around 75% less plastic than conventional packaging.
Usage
Baby cream: apply a small amount to clean skin, particularly on dry areas.
Hand cream: massage into the hands after washing or whenever needed. Suitable for daily use.
