Mettä Dandelion Leaf
Dandelions are a common sight in Finland’s nature and a plant that deserves more attention. In Finland, dandelions are known to as a gourmet salad green as well as a cleansing and uplifting herbal tea. Simply add some honey and hot water and brew as an herbal tea or add this crush into your smoothie, salad or even a hot pie for additional flavour.
As a tea
Measure 1 tsp of dandelion leaves to a cup (2 dl) of simmering water and let brew 10-15 min.
Do not use continuously for more than one 1-2 weeks.
