Blackcurrant is a traditional northern garden berry that naturally contains vitamin C and fibre, among other things. Just one teaspoon of berry powder is equal to about half a decilitre of fresh berries, so even a small serving adds berries to your diet. The dark colour and full flavour of blackcurrant make it a lovely everyday treat.

Instructions for use

Storage
