Instructions for Use

Heat the pillow in the microwave for 0.5–1.5 minutes, depending on power. Place the warm pillow over clothes or a towel on the treated area for 10–20 minutes. For cooling therapy, place the pillow in a plastic bag in the freezer for a couple of hours and apply to the skin for 10–20 minutes.
