Calcia Citrate is a Finnish calcium and vitamin D food supplement in tablet form. It contains calcium in the form of well-absorbed calcium citrate, together with vitamin D3. The product is free from lactose, gluten, yeast and sweeteners, and is designed for convenient daily use as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Calcia Citrate provides calcium in an organic form, calcium citrate, which is efficiently absorbed. Each daily dose of 2–4 tablets provides 400–800 mg of calcium and 5–10 µg of vitamin D3.

Calcium is obtained in the diet especially from dairy products such as milk, cheese and yoghurt, and the average daily requirement of calcium is around 800 mg, varying by age and gender. Vitamin D contributes to normal blood calcium levels, normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscles.

Usage

2–4 tablets per day.
