Ecolomega® fish oil is a good source of the essential omega-3 fatty acids

Short and long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as many omega fatty acids, are essential fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are necessary for human health. However, the body cannot produce them so they need to be ingested. Fish is a good source of polyunsaturated fatty acids and it is recommended to eat fish 2–3 times per week.

Responsibly produced fish oil

The Ecolomega fish oil is made from trout from the fresh inland waters in Denmark. The fish oil is made using only rest-products of human fish fillet production, utilizing all parts of the harvested fish. The fish oil is made from hourly fresh raw material within a very short time after harvesting. The freshness and purity of the fish oil is strictly measured and controlled and the oil contains extremely low amounts of impurities such as heavy metals and PCB. This production method is also the reason for the exceptionally fresh and neutral flavor of the fish oil.

Due to the quick processing method, the fish oil doesn’t need any further purification or processing. Ecolomega is among the most high-quality fish oils available on the market due to its purity and freshness.
