Handmade dandelion knobs made in Northern Savonia.Each dandelion is hand picked in Northern Savonia area and the outer leaves are removed with delicate care while the core of dandelions are cleaned out carefully.
The dandelions are preserved in vinegar broth and are well suited for use like pickles and capers, for example in potato salad and meat.
Also a wonderful gift idea for a gourmet friend!
