Möller Tupla contains omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D and E, conveniently concentrated in small capsules that are easy to swallow. These nutrients are essential for the body and important for e.g. the brain, the heart and the immunity.

EPA and DHA contribute to proper functioning of the heart. Beneficial effect is achieved with a daily consumption of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
Vitamin D supports proper functioning of the immune system. It is also important for the bones.
Vitamin A supports proper functioning of the eyes and the immune system.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended intake

Recommended daily dose for adults and children over the age of 12 is 2-3 capsules.
