An all natural, Nordic sweetener. Sweet and fresh birch sugar, xylitol, is a delicious pair with the delicate and nutrient rich Nordic wild blueberry. Perfect for smoothies and teas and sprinkled on top of pancakes, crepes or yogurt. Xylitol takes heat well and can also be used in baking.

Instructions for use

Recommended serving size: approx. 1–3 tsp / day. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
