Via Naturale’s melatonin preparation helps to relieve the individual effects of jet lag and shortens the time it takes to fall asleep.
Dosage
One daily dose contains 1.5 mg melatonin. The adult dose to help with falling asleep is 1 tablet per day, near to bedtime. Health claim: A beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin near to bedtime.
For difficulties sleeping due to jet lag: The dose for adults is 1 tablet per day. Melatonin helps to relieve the individual effects of jet lag. Health claim: A beneficial effect is achieved by taking a minimum dose of 0.5 mg near to bedtime on the first day of travel, and on the next few days after arrival at your destination.
Only give to children under the direct supervision of a doctor. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. This supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle habits.
Keep the product away from small children. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for simultaneous use with soporific medicines.
