The fragrant Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius) is a high-yielding mushroom, which is present in our forests already during mid-summer. The golden-yellow mushroom only gets better in the drier, the colour and aroma deepen.

Packed in an airtight glass jar.

20 g of dried mushrooms equals 150 g of soaked mushrooms and 200 g of fresh mushrooms.

How to use?

Soak dry mushrooms for 15-30 minutes before use.
