Pure, dried porcini from Finland
Porcini (Boletus edulis) is one of the greatest edible mushrooms. Its smell and aroma are strong, and it’s no surprise that many organism types compete for it.
The porcini we use are handpicked and carefully selected, always top quality. This product uses porcini sliced to the smallest detail and the end result is wonderfully dried porcini chips.
Packed in an airtight glass jar. 20 g of dried mushrooms equals 150 g of soaked mushrooms and 200 g of fresh mushrooms.
How to use?
Soak dry mushrooms for 15-30 minutes before use.
