Möller Omega-3 Heart is designed to take care of the heart. It contains a unique composition of nutrients that are important for heart health and the blood cholesterol level - omega-3 fatty acids from fish (DHA + EPA) and linseed oil (ALA).
DHA and EPA have a documented effect on heart health while ALA helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
- EPA and DHA contribute to proper functioning of the heart. Beneficial effect is achieved with a daily consumption of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
- ALA helps maintain the appropriate blood cholesterol level. Beneficial effect is achieved with a daily consumption of 2000 mg ALA.
Recommended intake
Recommended daily dose for adults is 2-3 capsules.
