Polar Night takes its name from the weeks in northern Finland when the sun does not rise. The bar is dark stone-ground chocolate scattered with arctic bramble liqueur crystals, which add an aroma of one of the most prized berries in the north.

Arctic bramble is rare, difficult to cultivate and strongly aromatic, which is why it usually appears as a liqueur rather than as fruit. On a dark 49% bar the effect is closer to a dessert than to an everyday chocolate.

Arctic bramble and dark cacao

The chocolate is sweetened with coconut palm sugar and birch sugar (xylitol), and coconut flakes give it body. 99.5% of the agricultural ingredients are organic.
