Heey! Boost & Glow puts two things most people buy separately into one 6 g scoop: creatine monohydrate and Coll-egan®, a plant-based amino acid complex developed as a vegan alternative to collagen products. Vitamin C is included because it contributes to normal collagen formation.

The wild strawberry flavour is the point of the Wild Strawberries version. A daily supplement only works if it is actually taken daily, and taste is what decides that.

What is in a serving

Each 6 g serving provides 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate and 660 mg of the Coll-egan® complex, which contains L-glycine, L-proline, L-glutamic acid, L-alanine and L-arginine together with acerola cherry and bamboo extract. Vitamin C is included at 15 mg, which is 19% of the daily reference intake.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage and bones, to the normal function of the immune system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and it increases iron absorption. Coll-egan®, bamboo extract and inulin from chicory root are listed here as ingredients, without claims attached to them.
