Northern Lights is a white chocolate made without milk. The creaminess comes from cacao butter, gluten-free organic oat and coconut flakes, and the surface is covered with Arctic lingonberry powder, which cuts the sweetness with a sharp, slightly sour berry note.

Lingonberry is one of the everyday berries of Finland, picked in the forest in late summer and kept through the winter. Here it is used on a bar rather than in a jar, and the aurora-coloured wrapper makes it an easy small gift to send abroad.

Oat, cacao butter and lingonberry

The bar contains five ingredients: organic coconut palm sugar, gluten-free organic oat, organic coconut flakes, organic cacao butter and organic lingonberry. There is no milk, no soya and nothing added beyond those five.
