Taika (‘magic’) is a brand new natural skincare brand from the Nordics with a fresh concept: certified, natural skincare with affordable prices, neutral carbon print and “no-nonsense” philosophy. Taika cosmetics have been developed and manufactured in Finland and they have been certified Cosmos Natural by Ecocert. All Taika products are vegan. The brand is 100% carbon neutral.

Taika products are based on simple, effective, moisturizing and calming natural ingredients that are suitable for every skin type: birch sap, xylitol, linseed oil, shea butter and sunflower seed oil. Birch is the national tree of Finland and its nutritious sap has been used for centuries for healing and nutritional purposes. Xylitol also hails from the birch. This natural sugar is a powerful moisturizer and Taika products contain three different types of it.

Taika product line contains 10 products, out of which five are for the face and five for the body. All the products are suitable for all ages and skin types.

Products for the face

Taika facial skincare line offers everything you need for basic and effective skincare which keeps your face looking healthy, hydrated and glowing. The product line includes two gentle cleansers, a moisturizing day cream, a replenishing night cream and a hydrating eye contour cream.

Moisturizing gel cleanser

A gentle, low-foaming and hydrating gel cleanser for all skin types. Ultra-gentle and sulfate-free, this cleanser removes dirt and light makeup without drying out the skin. Infused with three types of xylitol and organic birch sap, the cleanser is very moisturizing. The cleanser has a lovely, fresh and delicate citrus scent.

Moisturizing micellar water

Taika micellar water with hydrating birch sap cleanses the skin and removes makeup with ease, leaving the skin fresh and feeling comfortable. The gentle, caring formula contains organic birch sap and three types of xylitol that effectively bind moisture to skin and keep it soft and supple. Micellar water even removes non-waterproof eye make-up.

Moisturizing day cream

This light and pleasant moisturizing cream with organic birch sap and xylitol is suitable for all skin types. Shea butter and linseed oil nourish the skin, leaving it soft and comfortable. The fast-absorbing texture has a silky finish on the skin, making it a perfect day cream before applying make-up.

Moisturizing night cream

Let the calming and nourishing night cream do its magic on your skin while you sleep. Organic shea butter and sunflower seed oil moisturize, protect and nourish your skin, while linseed oil gives irresistible softness. Organic birch sap and xylitol hydrate the skin effectively.

Moisturizing eye contour cream

Taika eye contour cream moisturizes and softens the delicate and sensitive eye contour area. The carefully chosen organic ingredients give gentle care for the skin. Birch sap and xylitol hydrate the skin, sunflower seed oil and linseed oil nourish and soften and shea butter forms a protective layer on the skin, preventing moisture from evaporating. Antioxidant cornflower extract protects the skin from free radicals, soothes the skin and reduces puffiness. The eye cream has a soft texture and it is easily absorbed onto the skin.

Products for the body

Taika body care line consists of five essential cleansing and moisturizing products for everyday use. The product line includes heavenly-scented liquid soap, moisturising shower gel, hydrating body lotion, moisturizing hand cream and a rich, nourishing foot cream.

Liquid hand soap

This ultra-gentle liquid soap with betaine and almond oil is a huge favorite among Taika’s customers. Try this gentle, non-drying hand soap and let its fresh citrus scent seduce you.

Shower gel

Taika natural shower gel is a gentle cleanser for the whole family. It contains hydrating organic birch sap, linseed oil and xylitol which leave your skin feeling fresh and comfortable. The shower gel has a delicious and fresh citrus scent.

Moisturizing body lotion

The wonderfully light and fast-absorbing yet effectively hydrating Taika Body Lotion leaves your skin silky smooth. Birch sap and xylitol provide the skin with long-lasting hydration. The delicious scent of pink grapefruit makes you want to reach for this lovely lotion over and over again..!

Moisturizing hand cream

This silky and fast-absorbing hand cream is ideal for daytime use as it doesn’t leave a sticky feeling on your hands. The light cream contains organic birch sap, glycerol and xylitol which provide long-lasting moisture.

Moisturizing foot cream

The Taika foot cream has a wonderfully rich, nourishing texture that brings instant comfort to dry feet – without any stickiness. The softening formula is the result of shea butter, sunflower seed oil and linseed oil.
