Evonia® Super Silica

Evonia® Super Silica is a supplement to support the structure and durability of hair, skin and nails. The product contains water-soluble silica, collagen and biotin as active ingredients which strengthen hair and nails and firms and smoothens the skin.

Silicon is the second most common element in the earth’s crust. In humans, silicon occurs in the bones, in the walls of blood vessels, especially in the aortic walls, in capillary walls and in the skin. Silicon is essential for the formation of bones, joints and mucopolysaccharides (e.g. glucosamine, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid). Silicon is also important for the wellbeing of the skin, hair and nails. Silicon absorption decreases with aging but the sufficient daily dosage can be ensured with a supplement.
