What do hemp oil and sea buckthorn oil contain?

Hemp oil is known as a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids. In this product it is complemented by sea buckthorn oil, which brings omega-7 fatty acids. Together these form a balanced oil blend that suits versatile use.

Greenfinn's hemp oil works excellently both in the kitchen and in skincare. Its mild flavour makes it easy to use, and it does not mask the taste of other foods.

Instructions for use

Take one tablespoon of this a day.

Externally: We especially recommend it externally for dry feet and arms after showering. Let it absorb for 15 minutes, then wipe off any excess oil with kitchen paper or a towel. Try this especially during the winter frosts, if your skin feels even slightly dry!

Storage

Store opened in the fridge. Use within 6 months of opening.
