Use
1–3 teaspoons (5–15 ml) per day. Use as it is, mixed into drinks or as a salad dressing. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days of opening.
Because the product is not filtered, the oil may be firm in places.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
