The plant-based astaxanthin in AstaCaps is produced from Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae grown in fresh water under strictly controlled conditions.

Strong astaxanthin with natural vitamin E

AstaCaps is a food supplement that combines astaxanthin, a carotenoid antioxidant, with natural vitamin E. Astaxanthin occurs in nature in fish, shellfish and some plants. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Each capsule provides 4 mg of astaxanthin and 10 mg of natural vitamin E in a base of safflower oil.

Composition, dosage and suitability

The capsule contains safflower oil, astaxanthin preparation and D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E from soya) in a bovine gelatin capsule with humectant glycerol and iron oxide colour. The product is free from lactose, yeast, gluten and sweeteners and is suitable for regular use by adults as part of a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Usage

1 capsule per day for adults.
