Puhdas+ Silica Tonic is a silica gel preparation made in Finland. Silicon occurs in nature in a form bound to oxygen, for instance in plants, seawater and bedrock. This Puhdas+ product is a high-quality food supplement made in Finland. No unnecessary ingredients such as colourings or flavourings are used in its manufacture.

The packaging is made in Finland from recycled plastic.

Dosage

15–45 ml per day. Can be mixed into water, juice or another liquid.

Storage
