Sea buckthorn's fatty acids and vitamins

Sea buckthorn naturally contains oil as well as vitamins C and E. The berry also has omega-3, -6 and -7 fatty acids, and the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 in the powder is good (about 1.5:1). The sea buckthorn berry is also a good source of fibre.

Instructions for use
