Heey! Greens & Biotics brings green vegetables, berry powders, 13 vitamins, 7 minerals, chicory root fibre and lactic acid bacteria into one 10 g serving. It is built for the days when vegetables lose out to everything else on the list.

The Raspberry Lime version tastes of raspberry and lime. Most greens powders fail on taste rather than content, which is why the flavour matters more than it should.

What is in a serving

The greens blend provides 5 g of spinach, wheatgrass, broccoli, spirulina, chlorella and moringa. The reds blend adds 0.4 g of acai, pomegranate, blueberry and watermelon. Alongside these are inulin from chicory root, 300 million CFU of Bacillus coagulans, and a vitamin and mineral mix covering 50% of the daily reference intake for each of its vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins A, C, D, B6, B9 and B12, together with zinc, iron, copper and selenium, contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamins C and E, together with zinc, copper, manganese and selenium, contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, iodine to normal thyroid function, and vitamin K to the maintenance of normal bones.

Spirulina is a source of antioxidants and helps support vitality. Chlorella helps maintain energy and vitality. The lactic acid bacteria are listed here as an ingredient, without a claim attached to them.
