Greenfinn's Organic Cold-Pressed Sea Buckthorn Oil is a high-quality sea buckthorn oil made by cold-pressing the seeds, skin and flesh of the sea buckthorn berry. This helps preserve the berry's natural fatty acids and vitamins well.

Cold-pressed quality

Cold-pressing is an important part of this oil's quality: the method ensures that the delicate fatty acids and vitamins are preserved as well as possible. The result is a pure, natural oil without unnecessary additives.

Instructions for use

Internally: take about ½ teaspoon a day on its own or added to food.

Externally: apply a small amount to the skin or scalp. For scalp care you can mix oil and honey in a ratio of 1:4, apply the mixture to the scalp and leave it on for about 20 minutes before rinsing. Please note that the oil's natural colour may stain skin and textiles.

Storage

Store the oil in a cool place away from light. Once opened, the bottle is best used within a few months, so that the delicate fatty acids stay fresh.
